Mr. Lonadier has had a passion for justice and the law since high school and wanted to be an attorney ever since. His life took a few different turns before he eventually pursued the legal profession. After college, Mr. Lonadier spent two years as a high school English and writing teacher through Teach For America and was assigned to Holly Springs, MS. Next, Mr. and Mrs. Lonadier moved to the Charlotte area to attend graduate school at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. During this time, Mr. Lonadier also served as a children’s and youth pastor at his home church. The Lonadier’s have lived in York county South Carolina since 2014 and happily call it home.
After being exposed to the child welfare system as a foster care parent, Mr. Lonadier decided to attend law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Mr. Lonadier participated in the Children’s Law Concentration program and took specialized coursework in children’s and family law. Also, as part of this program, Mr. Lonadier participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic where he had the opportunity to represent, interview, and advocate for a client who was a victim of domestic abuse. He also received the MacDougall Family Law Award which recognizes the student with the highest grade in Family Law. In addition, Mr. Lonadier was also a member of the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal where he served as a Research Editor. Lastly, during his second and third years in law school, he worked as a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee where he frequently reviewed and compared state statutes, wrote bill summaries, and reviewed judicial candidates through the Judicial Merit Selection Commission. Mr. Lonadier graduated law school with honors, graduating in the top ten percent of his law class. Prior to joining the Jordan Law Firm, Mr. Lonadier served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William McKinnon in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court in York. Working for Judge McKinnon further ignited Mr. Lonadier’s passion for justice and trial advocacy. Mr. Lonadier was able to experience multiple full civil and criminal trials during his clerkship.
Mr. Lonadier’s hobbies include Chicago Cubs baseball, Green Bay Packer football, remodeling his historic home that was built in the 1800’s, hiking, playing tennis, playing golf, and most importantly spending time with his family.
Mr. Lonadier is also active in the York county community and serves as an elder at Hope Fellowship Church in Rock Hill.
