Biography

D. Bradley Jordan is an attorney and founding partner of Jordan Law Firm in Rock Hill and Charleston, South Carolina, who focuses his practice on personal injury. He was raised in the Edgemoor area of South Carolina having been born in Rock Hill. During his four years as an undergraduate at the University of South Carolina, he was the recipient of the very competitive James F. Byrnes Scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of South Carolina in 1987.

Later, in 1990, Mr. Jordan earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After that, he went to Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina, to earn a degree in theology. He attended Trial Lawyers College, located in Dubois, Wyoming, and graduated in 2016. Mr. Jordan is a seasoned trial lawyer, legal storyteller, and self-taught wordsmith who has successfully represented clients in South Carolina's Family Court, Circuit Court, Workers' Compensation Commission, Department of Employment and Workforce, and Social Security Administration.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Jordan has tried more than 50 cases to a jury judgment and made well over 2,000 appearances in Circuit Court, Family Court, or before administrative agencies including the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission and the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. He has also been admitted "Pro Hac Vice" to the courts in the states of North Carolina, Georgia, and the District of Columbia, and most recently, North Dakota. He holds memberships in the South Carolina Association for Justice, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association of Injured Worker Advocates.

A certified civil mediator, Mr. Jordan is an expert in conflict resolution. His list of bar admissions includes South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the United States Immigration Court and the District of Columbia.
